No you don't...but here's the thing...for each job out there, there are a large number of applications. Having the certification helps you CV rise to the top of that pile...it also means that when you do get that job, you will have the knowledge, ability to practically apply, AND the group support to hit the ground running and thrive in the role!

You have lifetime access...BUT, I would suggest aiming for 3 months to complete it. YOU choose how and when to learn the material - you can watch the sessions back to back, or pick up the 30 minutes trainings, as and when suits you.
