The program focuses on real-world applications, ensuring that delegates are prepared to lead and manage organisational change successfully. It also offers a private community space where questions can be asked and ideas and challenges can be shared. This community space is also supplemented with monthly support calls.
Investment in this program will enhance your organisation's ability to adapt to change, increase efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives.
These are split across the 3 main framework pillars.
Understand how individuals learn and are motivated, and be able to apply individual models of change, whilst understanding their similarities and differences.
Have a strong awareness of how different organisational structures can affect change management initiatives and also awareness of where and how change fits within the wider organisational alignment, purpose and strategy.
Able to help their organisation in defining the future state and apply organisational change models to plan for and implement change initiatives.
Identify, map and prioritise different stakeholder groups, and will understand the fundamentals of engagement and communication, and how to tailor these accordingly to each group.
Build and lead an effective change network, and further understand why we build the change network and techniques for doing so.
Create change management documentation, understanding why each document is created, and how to use it within a project environment.
Recognise areas of resistance to change, and use practical methods to reduce this resistance.
Apply theory on behavioural change in order to change both individual and organisational habits, and create enduring change.
Recognise and utilise KPIs and metrics to measure change impact, as well as knowledge on how to highlight benefits realised.
Int he longer term, it can also increase employee retention, and enhance ability to recruit (reputation and EVP).
With over 15 years managing change, both as a practitioner and as a change management trainer, I've learnt a thing or 2 about what people at different levels of the organisation need to know, and need to be skilled in, to lead and support effective change.
Our courses at Glass Ripple Consulting have been designed to be different.
We don't teach a 'one-size' fits all approach.
We don't cram 50 theories into a week of training and then expect you to know what you're doing.
We don't conduct a recall exam so we know that you can regurgitate models...
What we do instead is teach effective, practical, actionable tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately and provide tangible results for the organisation.
And how do we know that our training works?
Because throughout the sessions, and at the end, we ask questions to ensure you have understood the 'why' of the session, can use the tools, and most importantly, know how you are going to take them forward to use in the organisation.
We also offer support at a level not seen in any other change course, with all course delegates having access to a support community group where they can ask questions, share stories, help solve problems, and learn from each other, as well as the course.
We care about the learners experience and our teaching framework supports a supportive and engaging experience, no matter which course you join!
