The Certified Change Manager™

The Certified Change Manager™ Program is a comprehensive three-month training initiative designed to equip delegates with the knowledge, practical skills, and tools essential for effective change management.

The program focuses on real-world applications, ensuring that delegates are prepared to lead and manage organisational change successfully. It also offers a private community space where questions can be asked and ideas and challenges can be shared. This community space is also supplemented with monthly support calls.

This is a CPD accredited course which provides certification on completion.

Program Format

Program Duration: 3 months (2-3 hours per week)

Program Focus: Practical application of change management techniques and tools

Learning Format: Combination of self-paced eLearning modules, additional skills modules, case studies, private community, group calls, guest speakers (specialist topics within change and leadership)

Our Certified Change Manager Program doesn't only teach how to lead and support people through change. By using our unique Analyse. Create. Embed. Change Framework™ we also give delegates a handrail for the end-to-end change process, enabling them to practically apply every stage of the training.

These are split across the 3 main framework pillars.

Analyse

  • Understand how individuals learn and are motivated, and be able to apply individual models of change, whilst understanding their similarities and differences.

  • Have a strong awareness of how different organisational structures can affect change management initiatives and also awareness of where and how change fits within the wider organisational alignment, purpose and strategy.

  • Able to help their organisation in defining the future state and apply organisational change models to plan for and implement change initiatives.

Create

  • Identify, map and prioritise different stakeholder groups, and will understand the fundamentals of engagement and communication, and how to tailor these accordingly to each group.

  • Build and lead an effective change network, and further understand why we build the change network and techniques for doing so.

  • Create change management documentation, understanding why each document is created, and how to use it within a project environment.

Embed

  • Recognise areas of resistance to change, and use practical methods to reduce this resistance.

  • Apply theory on behavioural change in order to change both individual and organisational habits, and create enduring change.

  • Recognise and utilise KPIs and metrics to measure change impact, as well as knowledge on how to highlight benefits realised.
