Learning Format: Immersive, in house training. Each session can accommodate up to 10 leaders. Sessions can be conducted virtually although in person is highly recommended due to the interactive elements within the day.

Hi, I'm Zoe, the founder and CEO of Glass Ripple Consulting...and this is not my first change rodeo!

With over 15 years managing change, both as a practitioner and as a change management trainer, I've learnt a thing or 2 about what people at different levels of the organisation need to know, and need to be skilled in, to lead and support effective change.

Our courses at Glass Ripple Consulting have been designed to be different.

We don't teach a 'one-size' fits all approach.

We don't cram 50 theories into a week of training and then expect you to know what you're doing.

We don't conduct a recall exam so we know that you can regurgitate models...

What we do instead is teach effective, practical, actionable tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately and provide tangible results for the organisation.

And how do we know that our training works?

Because throughout the sessions, and at the end, we ask questions to ensure you have understood the 'why' of the session, can use the tools, and most importantly, know how you are going to take them forward to use in the organisation.

We also offer support at a level not seen in any other change course, with all course delegates having access to a support community group where they can ask questions, share stories, help solve problems, and learn from each other, as well as the course.
